“Amazing service!! Today, my A/C just would not turn on anymore and I was so stressed out because we are in the middle of a very hot Dallas summer. After doing lots of research on local Garland companies, I trusted the all-five-star reviews of Holland AC and Heating, and they all turned out to be true! Hence, I am adding yet another 5 start review to their list! I called and Homer came out to look at my AC unit THE SAME DAY, WITHIN 15 MINUTES! This was Saturday early evening! Turns out the AC unit needed its water reservoir drained. The key part of the customer experience was that Homer did NOT make me feel hustled. This is so important because some other companies would yammer on about subscriptions and even try to make the issue worse than it seems just to upsell... To my delight, Homer gave me an honest assessment and did not attempt to upcharge me and was very upfront about the pricing. The issue was the AC unit internal to the home, but he went the extra mile, bundling in a comprehensive checkup of the external AC unit components as part of the price! 10/10 would recommend!”
