They are always cheerful, helpful, determined and dependable. “No one wants to buy a new AC unit, and even when they have to, they don't want to. Clarity and honesty are hard to find when it comes to any sales pitch, but Charlie gave it all straight forward. Pros and cons of cheap, mid and high end units. Told me what I needed (according to my home size and what was in before) and gave me the choice, not just what he wanted to sell. They also fixed pipes that were initially installed incorrectly in the attic. I've dealt with Barnaby Heating and Air for around 3 years. I don't call people back (much less let them I to my house) if I didn't trust them.”

“Wonderful Company. HONEST and Caring! This is a tale of two companies. One wanted to sell me thousands of parts and services, I didn’t need. Did the bare minimum of mantaining my system. The other Barnaby. Explained how the other company must not of understood the type of system I have and how it starts up. System was good except one part was showing actual signs of failing. Showed me actual pictures of the part. I could wait but opted to replace it before it became a problem. Devin the technician was excellent. Not only did he replace the part. He vacuumed the outside of the my intake vent. He cleaned inside the outside unit. He cut down vines impeding the outside unit. He put tablets into the drain lines to keep them flowing well. This will always be my heating and air company from now on!!”
