“Marlin did an excellent job with our HVAC maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to check everything carefully rather than rushing through it. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and made sure the system was running properly before he left. On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful throughout the visit. It’s always reassuring to have someone who is both competent and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quality of his service and would definitely recommend him.”

He also flushed the hot water heater, changed the water overflow unit, and then “properly and safely ” attached the unit to the system.
