About

Anders Air Conditioning Llc operates as a locally owned HVAC company out of the Austin area in Texas. Ryan Anders runs the outfit as owner and mechanic, keeping things focused on Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, North Austin and nearby spots. They handle the licensed side of air conditioning and heating work with the TACLA 54543C number, stepping in when units quit cooling during the worst summer heat or fail to warm homes through winter. Homeowners call them for straightforward repair estimates or full new installs rather than dealing with guesswork on systems that keep breaking down.

Technicians like Zach show up for cooling issues and walk customers through what needs fixing on the spot, while Siana handles the scheduling side by booking same-day or next-day slots and replying to texts even after hours when plans change due to illness. Jobs often involve warranty claims on units that stop working after a few months, full system checks on air conditioners that have gone silent for weeks, and quick responses to calls where the equipment just will not cooperate anymore. The crew focuses on getting the AC back online without dragging things out, whether it means spotting a simple fix or recommending a replacement after a proper inspection.

Customers keep coming back because the team moves fast on emergency cooling problems, explains options without rushing, and keeps communication clear from the first call through completion. Reviews highlight reliable fixes on stubborn units along with fair pricing and no runaround when rescheduling is needed. Even on tough jobs where systems sit broken for extended periods, the consistent quality and direct approach stand out across hundreds of Austin HVAC calls. What Customers Say

We had them come out 3 months ago through a warranty claim that we made with our home warranty. They came out, “fixed” the AC only for it to break 90 days later. This time we called another company outside of our warranty and the guy told us he’d suggest we just call our home warranty back because this company didn’t replace the drier which is standard, and he installed the compressor wrong. Which caused the compressor to burn out. Now we’re going on 3 weeks without AC during the hottest days of the year. They sent a guy out who came to do a diagnostic on 6/27 that they told us was standard I get that. When he came to tell me what he found he just walked in, didn’t knock again or anything. Just walked right in. I’m not sure if that’s standard? It made me uncomfortable because it was just me and my daughter here. When he told me the issue, he confirmed what the guy we called out told us. That it wasn’t installed correctly or completely. The guy was suppose to call the next day to give us an update on what they would do, we didn’t hear anything from him. A few days later we get a call, they say he forgot to take photos, so now he’s gonna have to come back and do that. This time we just left the gate open for him to go back, when he came back to the door I guess to tell us he took the photos I didn’t answer the door, and just told my husband to text him. Because again I was alone with my daughter in the home. 3 weeks of this… and now we’re still waiting for a mistake on their part to be fixed. We genuinely don’t like writing bad reviews or calling companies constantly for updates, I know they feel like we are calling a lot. But we can’t afford a hotel we wouldn’t be reimbursed for, and now my son is fresh out of surgery having to come home to hot house. Yes we bought portal ACs to accommodate but they can’t compete with the heat we currently have. We have food in our pantry molding faster because of the heat in the house so we’ve had to throw a lot of that away. I’m really hoping this will be fixed correctly and quickly. I will say the lady who answers when my husband calls for updates is really polite even though I know she can tell he’s frustrated. So thanks for that.

Zach was great! He was professional, easy to talk to, and very informative! Siana was wonderful! She scheduled me for the very next day. I had to cancel due to illness. She rescheduled me again the next day. It was very easy to communicate with her. She responded to texts in the evening and over the weekend.

If you had told me a month ago that my air conditioner would become the main character in my life story, I wouldn’t have believed you—but here we are. We had a pretty stressful experience with our AC, which decided to stop cooperating for nearly a month. During that time, Ander’s Air came out to our home no less than 12 times. At one point, I started recognizing the sound of their arrival like it was a favorite TV theme song. Through it all, Misael—the main technician who worked with us—was consistently professional, patient, and genuinely kind. And that wasn’t always easy, considering I was definitely not at my most composed (there may or may not have been stress-induced tears involved). He handled everything with calm understanding and never made us feel like a burden. What really stood out is that even though our AC clearly wanted to put up a fight, the team at Ander’s Air never gave up. They answered every call, came back out quickly each time, and stuck with the problem until it was resolved. You could tell they were determined to figure it out, not just patch it and move on. It wasn’t the easiest situation, but their persistence, responsiveness, and kindness made a big difference. If you want a company that will keep showing up and see the job through—no matter how stubborn your AC is—Ander’s Air is a solid choice.

Zach Collins came out to our house for a cooling issue. He spent less than 15 minutes looking at the system and said it was OK. He was not able to identify the system we had and was very Arrogant and cocky to my wife when she said. What type of system we had . Then he found out that we had the system that my wife said and acted shocked. When my wife started questioning him that he found nothing wrong he acted like he didn't care. He finally went back outside and came back in and said he might have found a issue. By this time I had call my wife to see how it was going and she was extremely upset with this guy. I spent the next 30 plus minutes listening to him and my wife discuss of and on about the unit. He seems like he has no clue what he is doing at all and just throwing parts at it to see if it works rather than truly finding the issue. During this time my wife informed him that 2 other companies came out and found multiple issues with the system and he couldn't find one. He got very cocky and went off for a while on how the other companies get paid more and he dose not. He asked why the other guys did not fix the issues and my wife said because the home insurance sent you guys. He started arguing with my wife at one point about issues. Finally he said he wanted to install a Jump Start Kit. She asked why if there is no issue with the system. He got upset and said it was to help boost the voltage on start up. Once we declined that then he said the electrical connection from the disconnect was bad and was cutting power off and that is why it was not cooling. I was still listening on the phone and asked my wife to tell him that his so called finding was ridiculous because if the main power was bad it would shut down the whole outside unit not just the compressor like he is saying. He still went ahead and changed it. His finished work was terrible. The box is not strait or level. He put this grey caulking stuff on and it was not clean looking at all. We asked to leave just the wire so I could look at it and he left all his trash. At on point during all of this and listening to how rude and full of his self i actually called his office with another phone so i could listen to the crap he was saying while i called his office. I did not get a answer right away. Overall we give him a zero out of five and I will be calling his supervisor tomorrow.

Michael was my tech assigned through my home warranty. He was fantastic, allowed me to ask questions and learn from him while he repaired my system. He was kind and professional. I would highly recommend Anders as well as Michael. Thank you!
