“Bee Cool has helped us a lot is is very reliable! They saved us and delivered prompt service to fix our AC when our rental property management company dragged their feet. At our new home we recently purchased and moved into, they fixed a clogged drain pipe that the previous company had neglected to identify during a routine system tune up, as well as provided prompt service to replace our entire system when ours which was at end of life went out. Overall, Bee Cool provides friendly service, are very knowledgeable on the latest technologies, and offer great pricing with comprehensive warranty programs. Highly recommend!!”

“We are a Bee Cool customer for life! Our AC wasn’t cooling and we had a maintenance agreement with one of the big service companies in the area. When they came out, they broke the cap to the freon on our outside unit and told us our evaporator coil was going out. They also put in the wrong size capacitor which was causing our blower motor to burn out. Both things they told us they would warranty which meant we still had to pay for labor. Then they sent in a sales guy to pressure us into buying a new unit or fix what they broke for $3k plus in labor. Luckily my husband had the foresight to get a second opinion & called Bee Cool. William showed up the same day and got to work. He was able to fix everything the big company broke and confirmed our evaporator coil was just fine. What we were told was anywhere from a $3k to $15k problem was quickly resolved for far less than what the other guys quoted. And he took the action to reach out to our manufacturer to resolve a warranty issue on our system…we built 8 years ago but the bug service company warranties our system themselves well before we took ownership of our home and they did not warranty it properly leaving us with a 5 year instead of 10 year warranty. All of this to say, if you have a warranty with the big service providers cancel it and take your business to Bee Cool. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and customer focused, they care and will do everything in their power to deliver outstanding service. There’s no pressure, no gimmicks, just genuine folks who are passionate about what they do and who care about the customer.”
