“Highly recommend Frank’s! We got Randy’s number through a referral from someone who spoke very highly of him, and now I can see why. We called him around 3:30–4:00 p.m., and he said he could fit us in that evening. He arrived at our house by 6:15 p.m. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with our A/C, made the repair, serviced the unit, and even took the time to explain some maintenance I should be doing to help keep it running efficiently. Having your A/C go out in the middle of a Texas summer is incredibly stressful and of course HOT.
