“I have been using DTC for years since I moved to Georgetown in 2005. When I moved into my house in 2011, I continued to use them to service my unit every fall and spring. My unit was 4 years old at the time I bought my house. For the last few years they would regularly "hint" that my unit was old and could go most any time. Well, at about 18 1/2 years old, it finally gave up. They came out quickly on Friday afternoon as my company and I were getting ready to head to Austin for a gathering with relatives. They were able to make a few adjustments to get it running, adding that what they did might last 3 or 4 days at the most (enough at least to last us through the weekend). They showed up early Tuesday morning with my new A/C - Heating equipment. A crew of 4 guys got busy removing all of my old, outdated stuff and spent several hours getting all of my new equipment set up and running, telling me how quiet the new equipment would be (inside and out). They were right. I couldn't believe how quick the unit "read" my house to calculate the temperature throughout before turning itself on. In no time, the temperature was cooling throughout the house (no sound at all of it flowing through the vents) !!! They programed the control unit then showed me how to adjust the temperature settings, etc to suit my needs at any given time. I have always been pleased with DTC with their service over the years. I am REALLY IMPRESSED with my new equipment and THEIR INSTALLATION of it !!!!”

“This outfit is both unreliable and dishonest. Several weeks ago I discovered that they owed me a refund which they then acknowledged, and promised to provide to me. In the ensuing weeks I have had to call no less than three times to remind them of this outstanding debt, but I have still to receive my refund. If this company cannot do the small and simple things right and keeps breaking their commitments, surely they are not to be trusted to do any maintenance or repairs on one's home. My recommendation is to avoid doing any kind of business with them whatsoever.”

“DTC is the best! Sent Andrew Barrett out with short notice to save us from sweltering heat. Andrew quickly clear the A/C drain line of a small frog that had wedged himself in the line which prevented the flow of water and impeded communication between the control unit and outside unit.
