“Chuck was as professional as it gets. He also educated me on multiple categories regarding my AC. I can’t recommend this place enough. Top-notch! Also, when I spoke to Kevin Powell, he immediately dispatched someone to my house. These guys are the best.”

“Chuck was amazing!! Showed up within an hour of calling and fixed our AC within 40 minutes. He explained the issue and even went through the process of keeping up with the maintenance of the system. He also showed us how clogged our pipes were and gave us some tips on how to keep them clear. We also received a discount for being military which we really appreciate. Would recommend working with him again.”

“We had a maintenance chkup with a company we had a contract with for years but what they were telling us didn't seem right. We called Croaker because we knew Kevin was there and we've trusted him for years and he recommended Croaker. It was as we thought and wer ready to switch our service over to Croaker. A couple of weeks later. We called Croaker again thinking we had a bad thermostat (13 years old). Turns out the unit needed a new fan. The old one was only 5 years old so we chose to replace the whole HVAC unit. The guys were great! Clean, efficient, courteous. “Chuck came out within an hour of my call and quickly figured out what was going on with my A/C. The part needed couldn’t be picked up until Monday, but he took the time to show me how to use my fans to keep the house as cool as possible in the meantime. Monday morning right at 8 AM, I got the quote and a call from him confirming everything. A couple hours later, he was already back, got the part installed, and had my A/C up and running again. What really stood out to me was that even though he didn’t install the unit, he still reached out to the manufacturer and found out the part was under warranty, so I only had to pay for labor. “I came home one evening And my system was not working at all. I did all the system checks I knew and could not locate what with the error was. So I called Croaker Heating & Air , and they sent Chuck the next day. Chuck was extremely polite and nice. He explained to me the cause of my issue and informed me if I had a Drain IV it would not have occurred. I explained to him how that was supposed to be installed when I previously bought it and showed him my invoice. He double checked, called his boss and had everything taken care of.
