Well, after several weeks it started acting up again and I have tried to reach out in every way possible with no response. Ghosting is never a good business practice.”

“We are extremely pleased with Petter Built and the work they did at our house. They were excellent communicators, competent, honest, and did a great job at a good price. We recently bought an older house with previously built room additions which greatly increased the square-footage of the house (from 1780-2600), but was still working off the original 2.5 ton HVAC system, which meant we had very poor airflow. Also, a number of the rooms didn't even have vents going to them, so some rooms had no airflow at all. The previous owners had used 2 in-wall AC units to try and help with the airflow issues. We wanted it fixed and done correctly and to get rid of the in-wall units. We had 3 different companies come out and give us estimates, all companies with good reviews online. Of those three, Petter Built was by the far the best interaction and plan: they were better at communicating, more professional and competent during the assessment at our house, got their quote back to us much faster than the other companies, and came back with the plan and price we liked best. They got parts ordered quickly and did the work faster than we had requested. We also ended up asking them to do a couple extra things (run and tie-in a condensate drain for the water heater, etc.) and they were quick to quote us how that would increase the price of the job. They got it all done to our highest expectations and the final price was what we expected to pay. We couldn’t be happier to have found them and used them to fix our issues, we are very happy with the results.”
