“We had a technician come out today to fix a leak on our air conditioner unit. As a result the water leak is worse than it was before this person messed with it today!! And they said no one came come back out today and fix it properly! So we just wait till tomorrow between 2-6 as the water damage continues to build up. They know this is happening but….. not that important to this company. Obviously… I don’t recommend them at all and we be spreading the word about this business!! Thanks for your time. These guys (including Luna and Brulio) did a super-great job installing a completely new central AC unit + Air Handler in my rented residence in Avondale. Not only were they respectful of the tile floors and new carpet, they also were very careful to tape up plastic sheeting and use drop cloths in the walk-in closet where the attic access panel was located. They protected my clothing. And they were respectful, not to let out my pet by leaving any door open as they entered and exited the house several times today. “0/10 recommend. After MONTHS and SIX TECHS of trying to get my system fixed they left a disgusting mess all over my house, my cat could have done a better job with the caulk. The second tech said my unit had been so “ghetto rigged” by the first tech that they had to completely replace my unit. The installers couldn’t even figure out how to install, they were on FaceTime for three hours with someone else walking them through it. Here we are in May and it’s still making the same rattling noises. Horrible horrible experience and zero accountability.”

“Whatever ac guy they sent to my house, not only did he leave without putting the scuddle cover back on, or cleaning up his mess that he caused ,he broke it and didn’t replace it or try to at the least rig it up somehow. So when I got home the ac was running for who knows how long using up nonstop power because of all the hot air from the attic going into the house keeping the house hot so the ac is trying to cool it down. Then on top of that he uses my bathroom sink to wash his hands which is fine but he left it dirty then dried his dirty hands on my towel leaving dirt marks. The point is that it is not his house or his towel or his sink to be using, don’t assume it’s ok to use peoples stuff while they’re not there because you never know who has a camera and is watching for proof.
