Evans Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

Evans Air Conditioning and Heating LLC operates as a family owned business based in Gilbert, Texas. They handle HVAC work for homes and businesses across the East Valley with a focus on practical service and real technical skill. The outfit keeps things direct and avoids any high pressure sales or scare tactics when dealing with air conditioning and heating needs. Homeowners in the area count on them for reliable fixes that match the demands of local weather without extra hassle or upsells.

In Gilbert the summers hit hard with long stretches of extreme heat that push air conditioning units to their limits and cause frequent breakdowns from overloaded compressors or clogged filters. The crew takes on full installations of new systems, repairs to ductwork and thermostats, seasonal maintenance to clear dust buildup, and heating checks when winter rolls in. They show up with the right parts and tools to get units running again fast, whether the issue is a failed fan motor or poor airflow from old lines. This kind of steady work keeps indoor temperatures steady and cuts down on emergency calls during peak months when everyone else is sweltering.

Customers keep coming back because the team moves quick on service calls, delivers clean and lasting repairs, charges fair rates that match the work done, and explains every step without confusion. That record of solid results across hundreds of jobs adds up to strong marks in every area that matters to homeowners. DIRT Score 4.98 from 822 reviews on Finds.

“Absolutely amazing service!!! We just moved into our house and they have been maintaining the ACs for years so they know more than us. Came home to no air and 90 degrees! Called us right back gave us window and Dil showed up right on time! He was great! Got us up and running, super professional, super knowledgeable and great to talk to! Made our AC great again!”

“Evans hvac services was the best decision we could have ever made. We needed to replace our 29 year old a/c unit. Having trust of owners Michael and Brian brothers made a difference of our decision. Michael walked me through pre inspection what’s needed what needs to be done in order to properly install new a/c unit. There were no short cuts, difficult attic to move around, installed 2nd air reverse to protect my Trane unit, replaced my original air reverse ( I think that’s what’s called) to better run my Trane system, it’s so quiet unbelievable, attention to detail, being respectful to our home treated like their own home. Multiple options were given low cost to more expensive options but no pressure just choices that best fit our needs for new a/c unit. They were honest, great communicat”

“This my first time using Evans A/C services. They were referred to me by my neighbors who use them and have been happy with their service. Now I too will be using Evans from here on out. Dil came out to service my A/C units and was very nice and honest, not pushy like other companies that I've had in the past. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.”

“Technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and went above the norm. Techs before him were quick to leave so it appears that they weren't concerned with checking everything. Great job. See you next year. We highly recommend Evans AC&H.”

“We had 2 AC units and furnaces replaced. Everything went very smoothly. Michael runs a tight ship. We were very impressed on how quickly and efficiently everything was executed from the delivery of all that was needed to the removal and installation to hauling away all the old items and making sure everything was working as it should. Thank you!”

“I highly recommend Evans Air Conditioning for any of your needs. I've used them for years and they have always been extremely kind, professional, and quick to come and help me. I've had repairs done over the years but today had them replace my 20 yr old unit. It was done real quickly and I'm extremely happy with it. Absolutely use them if you need somebody for your air.”

“Evans always arrive in the time window that they scheduled in. Very professional company. Their tech Luke was very thorough and explained what he was doing or explained anything that I had questions on. I have been using Evans for over 6 or 7 years. I have been very impressed with the service I have received from them.”
