Evans Air Conditioning & Heating

Evans Air Conditioning & Heating runs as a family owned and operated outfit right in Gilbert, TX. They focus on HVAC work across the local area and stick to straightforward service without any hard sell or scare tactics. The crew brings solid technical know-how to every job and puts real effort into keeping homes and businesses comfortable year round. Homeowners in this part of Texas deal with long stretches of intense heat that push air systems hard, so having a local team that shows up ready to handle those demands makes a difference. They cover the East Valley region with the same no nonsense attitude that has kept them going.

Their work covers full HVAC services including repairs, installations, and routine maintenance on both residential and light commercial setups. In Gilbert the summer heat often knocks out older units or strains compressors, and the techs handle those breakdowns by checking the whole system instead of just swapping parts. They work on duct issues, refrigerant problems, and thermostat failures that show up when temperatures climb fast. The approach stays honest from the first call through the final test run, so customers know exactly what needs fixing and what it will cost before anything starts. Regular tune ups help prevent the big failures that hit during the worst weeks of the year.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up and the crew treats every house like it matters. Reviews point to fast response times when the AC quits on a 105 degree day, solid quality that lasts through multiple seasons, and fair pricing that does not change once the job starts. Communication stays clear with updates on what was found and what got done, without extra pressure. That combination adds up to the kind of reliability folks want when they need their system running right. DIRT Score 4.98 from 822 reviews on Finds.

“Absolutely amazing service!!! We just moved into our house and they have been maintaining the ACs for years so they know more than us. Came home to no air and 90 degrees! Called us right back gave us window and Dil showed up right on time! He was great! Got us up and running, super professional, super knowledgeable and great to talk to! Made our AC great again!”

“Evans hvac services was the best decision we could have ever made. We needed to replace our 29 year old a/c unit. Having trust of owners Michael and Brian brothers made a difference of our decision. Michael walked me through pre inspection what’s needed what needs to be done in order to properly install new a/c unit. There were no short cuts, difficult attic to move around, installed 2nd air reverse to protect my Trane unit, replaced my original air reverse ( I think that’s what’s called) to better run my Trane system, it’s so quiet unbelievable, attention to detail, being respectful to our home treated like their own home. Multiple options were given low cost to more expensive options but no pressure just choices that best fit our needs for new a/c unit. They were honest, great communicat”

“This my first time using Evans A/C services. They were referred to me by my neighbors who use them and have been happy with their service. Now I too will be using Evans from here on out. Dil came out to service my A/C units and was very nice and honest, not pushy like other companies that I've had in the past. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.”

“Technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and went above the norm. Techs before him were quick to leave so it appears that they weren't concerned with checking everything. Great job. See you next year. We highly recommend Evans AC&H.”

“We had 2 AC units and furnaces replaced. Everything went very smoothly. Michael runs a tight ship. We were very impressed on how quickly and efficiently everything was executed from the delivery of all that was needed to the removal and installation to hauling away all the old items and making sure everything was working as it should. Thank you!”

“I highly recommend Evans Air Conditioning for any of your needs. I've used them for years and they have always been extremely kind, professional, and quick to come and help me. I've had repairs done over the years but today had them replace my 20 yr old unit. It was done real quickly and I'm extremely happy with it. Absolutely use them if you need somebody for your air.”

“Evans always arrive in the time window that they scheduled in. Very professional company. Their tech Luke was very thorough and explained what he was doing or explained anything that I had questions on. I have been using Evans for over 6 or 7 years. I have been very impressed with the service I have received from them.”
