“What a story! This Wednesday afternoon my AC went down and reported it to my home warranty. Thursday noon I got an appointment with Olive Air for 07/10 afternoon. The outside temperature is 106F... I called Olive Air office and politely asked if they could me an earlier date. Their dispatcher worked on it and moved my appointment to 07/03, Friday, 11am-3pm with a promise that technician will call me 30min before arrival. 15min later I got a confirmation by email.
