“Virgil was great. Came to my home. Diagnosed and fixed my AC quickly. Did a great job. Fair and honest pricing. I have had bad experiences before with other ac companies. Used Riteway twice and couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.”

Tried to clean it off but looks like some painting will need to be done to cover it. In general there technicians seem to be pushing more work than may be needed. She was having issues with the water heater so I went to do a flush for her and found that it was impossible to do with the way the valves were installed. I'm not sure if they'd take ownership of the issue since they've rebranded, and I had to do some digging to even discover the rebrand. Perhaps with the rebrand they've addressed issues, but after seeing this work, I would recommend looking elsewhere. For anyone looking at the photo that doesn't understand, hoses need to connect to those valves to perform a flush and since they're basically touching and angled towards each other, it's impossible to connect hoses.”

“Excellent work replacing our old faucets! Rite Way sent a couple of technicians (Gabriel) who took around 5 hours to replace four old leaky faucets including our kitchen sink faucet. The tech that came in initially, Todd, had examined the issue and given us a quote doing a thorough job of making sure he includes everything that was exactly needed (valves etc) to get them working properly. I felt confident in their work that if anything was amiss, they will take care of it. They stand by their work for 2 years!
