“Woke up on Monday morning to an 86 degree home. Called my home warranty company to get a claim started. I figured my 1990 AC unit finally died and it would be DAYS before someone would get to me. They called Scuttle and they were able to come to my house ... THE SAME DAY!!! Kyle braved the afternoon sun and heat (high was 113) and was able to repair it! My dinosaur lives to see another day! I am so grateful for the prompt service!”

“Suttle Air was awesome! James came in and provided excellent guidance during the assessment phase and worked with my Home Warranty company to get everything set up. The next week, Travis came out and installed our new heat pump. He was courteous, professional, and did an absolutely stellar job! I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend them!”

“I wanted to get a second opinion on whether or not my air conditioner needed replacing. I have used Suttle in the past and trusted them. They came out and examined the unit and confirmed that it didn't need immediate attention. That was fantastic. The service was great, the assessment honest and the technician (James Suttle) was pleasant and professional. When the time does come to replace it, I will look to Suttle.”

“Suttle was great! Went through multiple companies to try and fix my air conditioning and Suttle by far provided the best service at the most reasonable price. Would highly recommend going to them first if you start having air conditioning problems.”

“multiple issues fixing unit. They could not completely fix it, and absconded with pieces. I called several times inquiring about it, they stated it never was there. (mind you i have two identical units) Showed them pictures they didn't get back to me. I left it alone for a few months now, and they have not gotten back or returned my calls so here is my negative review. NEVER again with these guys. Overall poor quality of work, poor workmanship, poor communication”

“Very impressed. Great phone response. Our tech Kyle Evans on time, totally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly - the best of the best.”

“All around amazing to work with. This was my first time working with them and I was totally caught off guard with how our Home warranty company wanted the file submitted. These guys were amazing at helping me get the documentation necessary to file my claim. Not only didn’t get my claim filed, but the air is blowing cold! Thank you so much! This is my new AC company.”
