Thor's A/C & Heating LLC

Thor's A/C & Heating LLC operates out of Gilbert as a straightforward HVAC outfit handling both homes and businesses. They focus on keeping systems running through the local climate demands with services that cover installation of new units, routine upkeep, full replacements, and fixes for breakdowns. The crew handles residential jobs alongside commercial work, offering things like pre-summer checks to catch issues before the heat hits hard and filter changes to maintain airflow. Homeowners in the area deal with constant strain on cooling equipment from long hot stretches, and this company steps in for those common needs without extra layers.

In Gilbert the summers push air conditioners to their limits with temperatures that stay high for months, so regular maintenance becomes essential to avoid sudden failures during peak use. Thor's A/C & Heating handles emergency calls when units quit on the hottest days, installs smart thermostats for better control, and provides commercial consultations for larger setups. They also run pre-winter heating inspections and replacement quotes to help owners plan ahead. Local houses often face dust buildup and wear on older systems, leading to higher energy bills or uneven cooling, and the team works directly on those problems by checking coils, clearing lines, and swapping parts as needed to restore function quickly.

Customers keep coming back because the work shows up on time, holds up under daily use, and comes at a price that matches the results without surprises in communication. The record reflects steady performance across jobs big and small, with reliable scheduling and solid fixes that cut down on repeat visits. Homeowners note the crew explains options plainly and gets the job done right the first time in a place where HVAC reliability matters every season. DIRT Score 4.96 from 411 reviews on Finds.

“I texted them yesterday morning to have someone come out to see if they could use an unused blue wire for a C wire connection. It was sticking out of my wall where I had just replaced an old Nest thermostat with a newer model. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. Jesse did the work and he was very polite and efficient. He explained everything to me and he was able to go into the attic where the air handler was and make the connection. Works perfectly. Thanks Jesse and Thor’s AC and Heating. Will definitely use you guys again in the future!”
