“Just totally reconstructed the whole a/c vent system in our 40 yr old house and hired True North as the contractor. Their superintendent Dave did a great job, as did their two workmen Jordan and Nick. We had the house re-roofed at the same time so both crews had to work together to take off and replace the a/c unit which they did. Got done w/ our 2,000 sq ft house in 1.5 days and it looks great, its actually cooler and we can't even hear the a/c unit working now. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Price was great. Would recommend them highly and give them 5 stars...oh wait....I already did.”

“I've used True North twice for warranty service and I won't use them again. The only reason I used them in the first place was because they took over Arizona Cooling Company who installed a Daikin mini-split at my house in 2022. After about 3 years the mini-split started making a high-pitch whining sound. It turns out the fan motor, fan, and assembly needed to be replaced. The Daikin parts are under warranty for 10 years yet True North still charged me $400, apparently all for labor. Fast forward 7 months and the fan is now making banging sounds. The True North tech says the fan is a little too large for the opening in the unit and it's due to "after market" parts. Why would True North install after market parts when Daikin warrants their parts for 10 years? No wonder they charged ”

Jacob showed up and was friendly, and got right to the job at hand. Once he was almost done he checked back in with me to let me know what he had found and how he took care of the two minor problems discovered.
