Future Air Heating & Cooling LLC

Future Air Heating & Cooling LLC operates as an HVAC contractor based in Glendale, Texas. They focus on the trade of heating and cooling systems for homes across the area. Working locally means they deal with the realities of Texas conditions that put steady pressure on equipment through extended heat and occasional cold snaps. Homeowners in Glendale rely on crews who understand how dust, humidity, and temperature swings affect units over time. The company brings hands-on knowledge to residential properties where reliable temperature control matters for daily comfort and system longevity.

Technicians in this line of work often respond to calls about units that stop cooling during peak summer months when loads run high. They check lines for leaks, replace fans or coils that wear out, and restore proper airflow through ducts that collect debris. In cooler periods attention shifts to heating parts that may fail when temperatures dip. Homeowners around Glendale face common problems like clogged filters, weak thermostats, and electrical issues that interrupt operation. The work includes testing connections, adjusting controls, and keeping systems running without excess strain or waste. Crews handle both emergency fixes and routine checks that prevent larger failures in the local climate.

Customers give high marks for how quickly issues get resolved and the solid quality of the repairs completed on site. Pricing stays reasonable for the scope of work performed, while communication remains clear from the first contact through completion. This steady performance across hundreds of jobs builds repeat trust with Glendale homeowners who need dependable HVAC support. DIRT Score 4.97 from 516 reviews on Finds.

“Our AC went out today while we were at work (it quit blowing cold). Our landlord scheduled The Future of Heating and Cooling LLC and Jhonnatan showed up within a few hours of the appointment being scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the unit with parts he had on hand and now our AC is cold again. For extra context it's mid july and around 114°F today - we have dogs and the temps in the house were getting dangerous. They did us a huge solid with such quick and thorough service. Thankyou so much!”

“My AC went out in the middle of the night and I called my first key landlord and they sent out Jonathan and Rodrigo. These guys got to the house early and finish the job quickly. Thank God because it was 106° today. My AC is back up and blowing cold air thanks guys.”

“Jonathon and Jose were fantastic! They came to check out my AC unit and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Jonathan was so helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”

“Last week, there was a burning smell coming from our AC along with some smoke (!!!). We submitted an emergency service request to our property manager, and Jonathan and Rodrigo got assigned to help us out. They diagnosed the issue quickly (a motor in our furnace) and contacted our PM to approve a replacement part. It took a while for our PM to approve, which unfortunately delayed the process. It then took a few days for the order to arrive … this sucked, but isn’t something we could have controlled. Once the replacement part arrived, Jonathan and Rodrigo came back and were able to fix the AC in less than an hour. No more smoke or burning smell. Thank you so much for getting cool air back to us 🥲🙏🏽”
