“Louis really comes through when it counts. He may not be there EXACTLY when he says, but if he says he'll be there that day, he means it. My heating went out due to a circuit board problem last Winter, and he did his best to get the job done soon. There was a delay getting the board, but once he had it in hand, he showed up on the day he promised even though his prior service calls involved unexpected problems and extra time. I was really impressed with his willingness to follow through when most would have put it off till the next day.”
