The Company carries out their mission of “. . . delivering exceptional service and unparalleled customer satisfaction . . .” If I can give 10 stars-- no hesitation!!! In early January, our 25-year-old HVAC unit stopped working. We contacted several companies we had previously done business with, expecting a reasonable quote. Unfortunately, the estimates were shockingly high. We even tried negotiating, noting that we had been loyal repeat customers for over five years, but with no success. Feeling discouraged, I turned to Google to see who else we could call. VHP Air Conditioning stood out immediately with consistent 5-star reviews. Curious and hopeful, I reached out—and within a couple of hours, I received a call from Vick Pochikyan, the owner, who promptly scheduled an appointment. Vick arrived on time and took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options. I know very little about HVAC systems—only that I need them to cool me on hot days and warm me on cool ones—but Vick patiently explained the differences between well-known brands and lesser-known ones. With his extensive knowledge and advanced engineering background, he recommended a brand that may not be widely recognized but is truly a workhorse. The information was clear, honest, and incredibly helpful—and the price point was excellent. During the visit, I also mentioned concerns about our ductwork. Vick discovered that a previous contractor had removed a major section, severely impacting airflow and circulation throughout our home. Once this was addressed, the difference was astounding. Our home is now incredibly efficient in both heating and cooling—truly night and day. More importantly our budget was met. VHP Air Conditioning is a company worth keeping in your reference file and referring to others without hesitation. Their service, expertise, and understanding of the financial strain large home repairs can place on a family—especially in today’s economic climate—are exceptional. Highly recommend.”
