“I had work done on 3 occasions over the years with them and this is my first time writing a review. I am very happy with their service. They have that old-school customer service type of view. They want to make sure you are happy with their products and service. That’s a big deal to me. They were well-mannered and friendly and did great work. The area was clean afterwards. Paul was very good about educating me on the products. I recommend this company 100%.”

“Brian and Nick came out today on a service call after my ekectricity went out. My power came back on, but not the AC. They were getting power from the main line, but it wasn't powering the AC unit. They determined the relay switch had burnt out and melted. Whomever put in the unit before I bought my house had it lying on the ground. They replaced it and relocated it well above the ground. They checked everything out and made sure all the duct work was connected propetly. They were very professional, polite, efficient and thorough! Their service was exceptional! Thank you again! “I meant to leave this review in March of 2025 When my whole hvac unit was replaced. Behrens was quick professional. Yesterday on the eve of the coldest night of the year, our unit quit working. I was surprised that Behrens didn't have emergency or after our service. I left a message and they called me back at 7 AM. this morning when they opened, and had the heat working again by 8AM.”

“My husband and I sought out Behrens to do work on our ducts. Due to the way our unit was configured and having renters in and out, our ducts were sweating. We signed a contract which included the entire area that needed to be insulated. We had to wait about six months for the materials to come in and, at that time, there was only enough to do a portion of the work we had agreed on. We moved forward with what we could do. Now, a year later, we are having the same issue as before, which includes the areas that they had previously worked on. We asked if there was a warranty for just the portion that they had already completed. The tech said that there was not and that the entire area would need to be redone. I did not understand why the same area would have to be redone again. While not all of the work was completed, we still paid $1,100 for duct work. That portion should not be falling apart after only a year. We also have not had renters, or anyone else, in the unit since fall of last year so turning the unit down or leaving doors open is not the issue. We are very disappointed with this company. They seem like they would rather blame the customer than work with them to fix the problem. I would not recommend using Behrens.”
