“Have had issues with the heat strips not coming on while unit is in emergency heat, air would fell like the a/c was on not heat. David came out found a problem, fixed it and now the air is warm/hot and not chilling and cycling every on every 15 seconds after shutting off and running for an extended time. Checked outside unit found dirt build up and washed off to get better results on tests. Unit is 25+ plus years old. Needs to be replaced but who can afford that in times like this.
