“Called these guys because my centrifigal pump failed and I had no water in my house. They took all my information asked what was going on and said they would call me back. It was about noon and I was concerned because I had no water and did want to get stuck another day without water. I waited 1 and a half hours and no call back. So I called spoke to the secretary and they left me on hold for exactly 10 minutes. So I hung up the phone since they didn't seem to care much about the urgency of my Situation and I called a company called Innovative Pumps . They were at my house in less than an hour rebuilt my pump and were awesome people.”

“I did not hire this company and have had no direct interaction with them as a customer, but I am leaving this review due to a serious road safety incident involving one of their company drivers. There was traffic at the time; however, I had 2–3 car lengths of clear space to safely merge into the lane. As I began merging, the driver of this company truck accelerated instead of allowing the merge, forcing me to quickly swerve back into my lane to avoid a collision. This aggressive and unnecessary action caused items inside my vehicle to flip over, including a cake. This behavior went beyond normal traffic flow and appeared intentional and reckless. Company vehicles represent the business at all times, and this type of driving reflects a lack of professionalism, proper training, and concern for public safety. If this is how employees behave while representing the company on public roads, it raises serious concerns.
