“Best Dr office ever! Dr Michael doe is very nice and always in a good mood I liked that they check you for everything because that’s the point of coming to the dr is to make sure you are leaving better than you came in or at least with answers. The lady in lab today took my blood and I let her know my veins are hard to find ((some nurses find that to be offensive)) I just don’t want to get poked more than once. but she listened to me and poked me ONCE ! And it didn’t even hurt. Very good at her job! I’ve had bad experiences other places most recently actually where I came home still un treated but Dr Micheal found the issue and had my medicine at my pharmacy same day !!! And all the lab work he did today came in same day! The other place I waited 4 days at urgent clinic for lab results for them to call me today to say I have nothing but after this appointment here in this Dr office I got the solution to my problem. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I love to see people who love to do there job and have compassion for others. I will continue coming here for as long as I can. Also I saw bad reviews on wait time I barley had to wait keep in mind u do have to wait a little bit for the lab results but also they update you online so you can just go home u don’t have to wait in office.”

“I've Been a patient of Dr. Michael Dao for several years. I've also read the reviews here and I can tell you that, while, as a patient, some have complained about wait times, the doctor spends the time necessary with EACH PATIENT to analyze that patients' particular situation, to give the care that is needed. Seeing the doc is NOT time wasted. His care is comprehensive and thoughtful. Something you don't always get with other doctors.”

“Good doctor - very polite likable guy, but why do you have the worst scheduling in dfw? Most of our visits -we wait over a hour past our appointment in the waiting room. Then we go back and NO other patients are around. Why did we sit out front SOOO long! Then we wait in the room! Why are we waiting? There was nobody else around. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt- maybe it's an off day, but this has happened for the forth time now. I'll be finding another doctor. And as one of the other reviews said- I too am not very pleased with the seemingly annoyed people that work behind the receptionist desk. There are lots of awesome doctors with great staff members in this area- we will be going to one of them from now on.”
