About

Crossroad Services operates as a family-owned HVAC outfit right in the Houston area, with strong roots in nearby Waller. They focus on air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance for homes dealing with extreme heat and humidity. Owner Andy Donlon brings more than thirty years of hands-on experience as lead installer, while Andrew Donlon serves as lead service tech handling daily calls with the same level of attention. The crew stays small and local instead of expanding into a big operation, which lets them keep direct contact with every customer they serve across the region.

They handle repairs by showing up for fast diagnosis, pointing out exactly what broke, and laying out clear options without pushing unnecessary replacements. Installations start with measuring the home to pick the right sized unit, then cover the full process from removal of the old system through startup. Seasonal maintenance visits include tune-ups that catch small issues early and keep units running efficiently through the worst summer days and occasional cold snaps. Homeowners in this climate often face constant strain on their equipment, so the team emphasizes straightforward work that avoids turning minor fixes into full system swaps.

Customers keep coming back because the crew communicates honestly about costs and timelines, shows up prepared, and treats every job with care whether it is a simple part swap or a complete changeout. The family approach means the same people who answer the phone also handle the tools, which builds trust when dealing with Houston's tough weather demands. That steady record of quality work and fair pricing adds up over time. DIRT Score 4.89 from 222 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

What a great opportunity was had!! We spent time restocking for shoppers, helping shoppers shop & filling orders for those in need.

my mom went and had all the documents that her neighbor had and they wouldn’t give her any food but an emergency bag with a bag of rice, cookies and five can goods but gave the neighbor a few more items but all the hispanics that came in got plenty of stuff times to and nothing was said to them and my mom has kids

Great place for those who have unmet food needs. Great Organization.

I was advised in October to come back at 3:00 November 20, 2024. Don't bother calling to confirm appointments or to make appointments because I assure you NO ONE WILL PICK UP. I drove out there an hour later only for the place to be closed on my appointment day. I don't know about you all but I am so physically, emotionally tired of being misinformed, a lack of care for people. Why volunteer or work here if you don't wish to serve the community? Smh

I was having a very difficult time in my life and needed the services these guys could offer me for which I am extremely grateful. The process was very easy and painless as all I had to do was put on my mask, wait in a car line and pull forward as each car was taken car of. Supply the answers to a few questions along with Drivers license or ID information and continue forward as the welcoming smiles and hand gestures to move forward from the crew and I was greeted with hellos and well wishes as my car was loaded up with enough food for a family's Thanksgiving meal. Not only was I blessed but Daisy my pooch was given some squeaky toys. How wonderful.....I feel and am blessed. Tears flood my eyes as I write this note of many thanks and gratitude for the angels that helped that day...truly a blessing for what you're doing for the community... Many heart felt thank you's!
