“***EDIT WITH UPDATE: Reason why it went from 5 stars to 2 stars… Apparently this ENTIRE issue was because our air filter was caked and dirty from our maintenance crew not replacing for a while during a turnover…. So the previous review was from him assuming it’s a leak without checking out air filter… that kinda sucks because he seemed to know what he was doing/saying. We can’t check our filters because our complex doesn’t allow us in the attic 🥲 So while Jacob was super nice, he didn’t do diagnostic thoroughly and caused our complex management to order an expensive coil they didn’t need. Unfortunately he came off as honest while not checking the most basic part of the issue. I had a feeling it was air flow and frozen coils, and I should’ve trusted it. Sigh. Sorry Jacob, that was a huge oversight of the issue at hand. ***Original review: So our apartment complex management called this company to come out to help us with our AC issue of not cooling for more than an hour or two until we had to turn off for a while, then try again. We ended up having a Freon leak in the coils that is so tiny it cannot be properly located to where it is. Jacob was on the job for it and he called our complex management to tell them what the issue was. Then, this hero TOLD US what they said! They told him essentially to fill it up and we’ll wait until it gets worse. We are beyond grateful to Jacob for being so kind, courteous, and honest about the entire situation. He definitely deserves some kind of kudos from the bosses for telling us the truth about what we thought was already going to happen with this management. We would have never known if he didn’t say anything and we would’ve assumed it was fixed until it happens next time.”
