What Customers Say
“Small details matter. I had a capacitor fail on the outdoor condenser fan unit. The replacement capacitor was smaller than the original and didn't fit the factory mounting location, so it had to be mounted on the inside panel of the condenser. While making the repair, Wayne noticed the unused opening left behind and sealed it with butyl tape. Most people probably wouldn't think twice about a small hole in the cabinet, but it creates a path of least resistance for airflow. By sealing it, Wayne ensured the airflow stayed focused through the condenser coils where it belongs, helping the unit operate as efficiently as possible. There aren't many technicians who pay attention to details like that. After the repair, Wayne checked the rest of the system, verified everything was operating properly, and the house cooled down without any issues. Anyone can swap a part. The technicians who notice and address the small details are the ones who keep equipment running at its best. Wayne's attention to detail is what stood out to me.”
“They arrived right on schedule for our heating furnace repair. Everyone I interacted with was responsive and professional. The technician diagnosed the issue fast and had it fixed in just a couple of hours. No hesitation in recommending them!”
“Wayne was great, fast, and efficient. Fixed my unit’s issue and had it up and running within minutes. I will say I have dealt with several HVAC companies in the past and he definitely stood out. Great job Wayne.”
“Wayne and Deana are wonderful to work with. They have installed 2 HVAC systems for us in the last year. They are honest and communicate with us with each step in the process. We are happy with the service received and happy to recommend them to anyone!”
“Great Company. I had two AC Companies tell me it would cost upward of 10,000 to fix my AC. They both told me I needed a transition in my system because the coils were to close to the furnace. That was not the case at all. They failed to identify that the system was a case system and did not require the transition. Wayne came out and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and told me how to maintain the system and keep the main drain clean so the line wouldn’t back up anymore. Great Job and Great Service.”
