“My AC/Heat stopped working a week before Christmas! Romero's AC & Heating Service came out the very next day to inform me, that I was in need of a complete Ac/Heat system. I was in tears, knowing that the Holiday was here and money was tight! They consoled me, gave me options to finance, and yet made me feel better that I had skipped a generation after being in my home for 24 Years. After easily getting approved within a couple of days, the crew showed up working very hard, going up & down my stairs to install a complete system. They deserved more than Breakfast tacos that I made them that day! My family & I were so grateful that they speedily & professionally met our need. “Had the unit for 2 years this year it wouldn’t keep the house under 90 all summer. I called them out they told us it was a dirty filter mind you We change the filter regularly. After they changed the filter themselves the house still didn’t get below 90. Text them the next week letting them know it was still not keeping the house cool. I have my elderly mother here so I had to spend $500 on a window unit. After paying them $4,000 and some change. It’s now fall and the main unit without the assistance of the window unit can’t get the house below 75 even when it’s 60 outside!!”
