“Our HVAC unit quit cooling during an unexpected heat wave. We reached out to several AC companies on a Sunday morning. Summit was the only one who answered the call with a live person and said they would be out around 1:00 that day. They showed up early and had excellent communication from the beginning. Barrett quickly diagnosed the issue and relayed our options to us while explaining he would need to verify our coil was under warranty before proceeding. He provided estimates for under warranty repair as well as if the unit was not covered by warranty. He informed me early the next morning it was covered by warranty and scheduled time on Wednesday to complete the repair. Additionally, unsolicited by me, he volunteered to bring out a portable AC unit to use in the interim. He delivered it that same day and set it up in our MBR. They arrived on time and completed the repair in under the previously estimated repair time. I will be using them for any and all HVAC needs in the future! Very Highly Recommended!!”
