“Have your order numbers ready. Have your ID. And be kind to the lady's working there. They are nice. And will help you as much as possible. If something is wrong it's usually your brokers fault. So be patient. Then do as they say. Dock. Come back in. And count your load. And be gone. Guys loading are quick and good at there job.”

“Picking up air freights for DHL. Check in with somebody at the terminal office near dock 1. Took 4 hours to upload a trailer. Too slow. Not going back here for another load.”

“Our cat who we flew overseas was dropped off with Air General and she was put onto a shelf in a warehouse that was very hot, forklifts everywhere, extremely noisy…this is a completely unacceptable way to treat pets! There was an office that we originally went into where there was air conditioning and plenty of room to keep her in the back. We are NOT happy at all with how we found Ellie. This is disappointing and very disturbing. The high today was 97 degrees, we picked her up and it was 94, and the warehouse is open to the outdoors. I can’t imagine what would have happened if she had been on an earlier flight and kept in those conditions in the middle of the day.”
