About

Alaska Air handles HVAC work for homeowners across San Antonio, Texas. The city sits in a region of long hot summers and sudden cold snaps that put real strain on cooling and heating equipment. This outfit stays busy with systems that must run hard to hold comfortable indoor temperatures when the outside air turns brutal. Their base in the area means quick response to calls from neighborhoods where units break down under the load of Texas weather. Crews deal with the dust, humidity, and heavy use that come with local conditions and keep homes livable through every season.

They install new HVAC units, repair compressors and coils, and clean or replace ductwork in houses that suffer from poor airflow. Technicians handle routine maintenance to stop failures before peak summer hits, along with emergency fixes when a system quits on the hottest days. Homeowners in San Antonio often need help with older setups that cannot keep up with rising temperatures or with adding capacity to handle bigger living spaces. The work includes checking refrigerant levels, tightening electrical connections, and making sure thermostats respond correctly so bills stay reasonable.

Customers give steady marks for fast arrivals on repair calls and solid results that last through the heat, though some note higher costs on bigger jobs and occasional delays in parts. Communication comes across as straightforward without extra promises, and quality holds up on the fixes that matter most in this climate. DIRT Score 3.44 from 77 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Actually was highly impressed with Alaskan Airlines very accommodating on time. Crew was very informative. Definitely recommend to customers flying out to Alaska.

Just letting you know that I your associate in departures is incredibly rude. I asked her if I could get help putting my bag in the overhead bin when I boarded the plane since I'm ADA. She said no very rudely and said my medical equipment had to be checked. Once I told her that I already asked a delta supervisor I talked too while waiting to go thru security she stopped pushing the bag and gave me a dirty look. I get that it's early but no need to be rude and refuse assistance for ADA people

No Alaska Airline agents at terminal E. The app will not allow many passengers to check in, many others are here to drop off the bag before the flight. Instead of coming up to the gate to help, they sit in the baggage claim yapping away instead of starting the process and helping while more and more passengers add to the line. This gate has some serious issues when it comes to being able to help customers in a timely manner, especially when issues arise. What’s the point in getting here early if there’s no one here to help and they will “slowly make their way up there”. If you look to the left and see Delta Airlines, they’ve got it right.

I got a notification in my Alaska app to go to Gate 11 at DFW. There is no bag check in or security station. We had to go outside in 97 degree weather and walk a quarter mile to get to a bag check in and security and then walk a quarter mile back to Gate 11. Don't go directly to Gate 11, go to Gate 10 first. Also, the arm rests on the plane are very uncomfortable. Jim

Well, if you are flying, Alaska Airlines be ready for no communication and to pack a lunch while you’re standing in line waiting. At the very least of Alaska Airlines could have a sign at the counter telling people when their staff will return.I have been waiting since 9 AM so I called Alaskan Airlines and they said no one is coming to help until 10 AM. This is not acceptable. This is not customer service
