About

Mountain Plumbing Company works out of Lubbock in Texas on HVAC projects that cover both cooling and heating systems for local homes. They also take on plumbing jobs in Lubbock and Hale County where folks need reliable fixes for water systems. The crew stays available for calls during standard daytime hours and jumps on emergency situations any time of day or night to keep things running. Homeowners in the region turn to them when air conditioning units or heating setups start giving trouble in the Texas heat or cold snaps. The operation focuses on practical repairs and product support that match what people actually deal with in their houses day to day.

They help with items like the Little Gourmet heater where support teams walk customers through fixing leaks on lines after several years of use. They sell and back products such as instant water heater tanks and drains for kitchen and bath setups, handling volume orders from businesses that install them regularly. Work often involves sorting out gasket problems or line issues on water heaters by guiding owners step by step over the phone or replacing faulty pieces when they show up. Some jobs center on drains that fail under normal wear, while others address full tank leaks that flood cabinets without warning.

Customers give mixed feedback on the HVAC and plumbing work in Lubbock with some noting solid technical help on heater repairs and steady product quality in larger orders while others point out quick failures like flaking finishes on drains or sudden gasket leaks on tanks after light use. Speed and communication come up as strengths when support responds directly but price and overall quality draw complaints when items do not hold up as expected. What Customers Say

I have the MT641-2 Little Gourmet heater and faucet. I installed it 4 1/2 years ago. One of the lines on the top of the heater started leaking. Thank you to the excellent technical support, together we fixed the problem. I can’t speak highly enough about Mountain Plumbing. They stand behind their products. Thank you.

We buy hundreds of Mountain Plumbing items a year and we are always happy with both their quality and their service. I think the people who have negative reviews may have had a faulty item, but I would never say "stay away" because one item had some issue. These people have purchased one or a few things. We have purchased hundreds over the years. This is a good company.

This drain from Mountain Plumbing Products was sold to me as 'oil rubbed bronze'. This is NOT oil rubbed bronze, but steel with brown paint. The paint flaked after a couple of months of gentle use. This is already the second drain from Mountain Plumbing Products. The first, identical one was purchased by my plumber in a local plumbing store and the paint flaked after a few weeks. Mountain Plumbing products sent me a replacement and I had to pay my plumber again for the installation. I contacted Mountain Plumbing Products for a refund, because a replacement with the identical faulty item does not make sense. I received the answer, that they would not process refunds, and I should contact the store from which the item was bought. I was offered a replacement, which is obviously not useful for me.

Purchased a Little Gourmet Premium instant water heater tank model # 1300W MT641-3 about 3 years. Been working great until one morning we found out kitchen sink cabinet filled with water. The tank is leaking water from the lower left side through a rubber gasket. When I called in I was told the product was past its three year warranty. Fair enough. But I am blown away that this high end product was faulty in such a short period of time and disappointed that this company wasn’t willing to exchange the product knowing that it has to be replaced and can’t be repaired. Now I have to pay for the repair of the cabinet and a new water heater tank. I’d stay away from this one.

I bought an MT 100 soap dispenser that stopped pumping after 9 month's. I sent in the claim form with the invoice to Mountain Plumbing Supplies and never heard back. Contacted the so called customer service department (what a joke) no response by phone left message and via customer chat no reply. Basically I was screwed by the distributor who recommend them and Mountain Plumbing. There warranty is worthless, with all the other brands of plumbing supplies in the market place, why take a chance on a poorly run company with zero customer support.
