“We recently moved into a new house and wanted to have our HVAC system thoroughly checked out. The technician from H&K inspected our system, estimated the age, and made sure it was working efficiently. We signed up for bi-annual maintenance inspections for piece of mind. The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend H&K.”

“Wes came out on time and fixed my ac in about 15 min. He was very good and got my 87 degree house back cooling down in no time. Will definitely call them next time I have issues”

“I called to get a quote for diagnosing an issue with my AC unit, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The person who answered the phone was rude, and when I asked if a technician might be available to come out today, I was simply told it wasn’t possible and then the call was abruptly ended. I understand that schedules can be full, but there’s no reason to treat a potential customer like an inconvenience. I’ve never had a business hang up on me while I was trying to inquire about service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.”

“Excellent work as always. Very friendly and courteous employee. Showed me how to work my new thermostat. Did a great job. As always. H&K are great.”

“The repairman came on the day he was scheduled, and let me know he was coming a few minutes before. He worked on the heater for a few minutes, fixed it quickly. The charge for the service was very fair. I will continue using H and K for my heat and air needs.”

“I have used H&K for years and they provide the best services around. Jeff and his crew are great to work with, very professional and friendly. I would recommend H&K to anyone who needs maintenance, repairs or a new system install. Give them a call.”

“We had an error code pop up on our thermostat dealing with a heating issue. Juan came out within just an hour and got us all set. We’ve used H&K for the past couple of years and wouldn’t trust anyone else to service our home. Highly recommend!”

“Got me on the schedule in a reasonable timeframe, showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem. Can't speak on the price as this was my first time using an hvac service so I don't know what the going rates are.”

“H&K has installed and maintained our HVAC for years. We appreciate their great customer service and support whenever there is an issue like any HVAC will have over time.”

“They came out quickly and repaired it cost effectively. Chris from Anderson heat and air tried to tell me I needed a whole new system. Saved me thousands. Also gave me a tip to run it temporarily so I wouldnt freeze while waiting on the part. Thanks a million.”
