“We are extremely disappointed with the service we received as part of the VIP membership. A very kind and thorough technician came to our home on May 6, 2026 to repair our AC. The unit worked for about three weeks before failing again on May 27. Despite our home being 89–90 degrees for six days, the earliest appointment offered was June 1, and we ultimately scheduled June 2 with an 11–2 window. By 2:30 PM, we still had no update. When we called, we were told the technician was still on a job that was supposed to take three hours but had already taken six, and they could not provide any estimated arrival time. At that point, we canceled and scheduled another company who was able to come within 30 minutes. We also recently had electrical and plumbing inspections with this company. While the inspections went well, the plumbing costs were extremely high. When we called to cancel our VIP membership, the representative was short and unprofessional, stating that only one person in the entire company can process cancellations — and that person was out of town for the week. When I asked for clarification, she responded rudely. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and internal processes.”

“Blackburn came out at 6:30 at night when a different plumber had completely failed to fix a water line break. Blackburn went to get needed parts and fixed what the other guy said was impossible to fix before 9 pm. They were fast, efficient, nice to work with and had our water back on asap. Will definitely be calling them for any problems in the future.”

“I’ve worked with Blackburn Plumbing over the past few years. Each time a technician comes to our home, they are polite and well prepared for the work to be done. In particular, technician Caleb Poemoceah has been top notch! He’s polite and easy to work with. He goes above and beyond to explain the options for solving the many plumbing issues we’ve been experiencing and completes the work to our satisfaction. I’m extremely satisfied!”

“THIRD ADDITION: we’ll continue to use Blackburn as we refurbish/remodel/update this old house. Timothy and Baylen were so great. Everyone we’ve encountered from Blackburn has been professional, respectful, and accommodating. They worked with our busy work schedule and made the entire project experience so easy. Everything about our experience was great! Excellent communication from booking the service through to the end of service! Jacob Benson was our plumber and he took care of everything in a timely manner, explained the issue, and even managed to ensure our napping baby didn’t wake during the process! We will definitely use Blackburn again for any future problems! Adding to my original review: we live in an old house, so we did, in fact, have to give them a call back pretty quickly after the first issue. Jacob came out and yet again took care of everything! I called them this morning and they made the time to come and see us the same day. Top tier work!”

“Jacob showed up as promised. Did a great job explaining what our issue was & got it taken care of. He also explained a couple of other issues, that he found during his inspection, & offered solutions to get those taken care of. No high pressure sell. Great company!”
