“Cardinal installed a heat pump for us about 18 months ago and it when it got warm this year we realized the cooling function wasn’t working and had to call for service. Our technician Justin was so kind and really went above and beyond - since the heat pump was relatively new he removed their typical service charge and showed me how I can do some maintenance on the unit to prevent this issue in the future. He even sold me a new filter at a significant discount from what Cardinal usually sells them for. The whole experience was cheaper, faster, and in every way more pleasant than I expected and I’d recommend Justin to anyone!”
