“Wilson and Francisco repaired the Carrier A/C unit I inherited from the previous home owner. They made three passes total over three separate days. First, they diagnosed the system. In the second pass they cleaned it, replaced the faulty capacitors (which were demonstrably not providing within-spec outputs any more), rebuilt a damaged a damage pipeline with PVC, replaced missing coolant, and cleaned the unit. They were finally able to determine that the TXV was not working, which precipitated in a coolant leak and system freeze at that stage. On the third pass, they replaced the damaged TXV, which brought the system back into good working condition. Overall, very satisfied with the service -- timely and professional. Wilson and Francisco were very polite and friendly too.”
