Stateline Heat & Air

Stateline Heat & Air operates out of Grayson County, Texas, taking care of heating and cooling needs for homes across the area. The crew handles the demands of Texas weather where summers push equipment hard and winters bring sudden cold snaps that test older units. They focus on HVAC repairs and installs without extra layers of management slowing things down. Homeowners in Grayson County often face units that quit during the worst heat or need upgrades to handle humidity, and this outfit stays ready for those calls with techs who know the local setups. They keep things moving on straightforward jobs that match what the region throws at them day after day.

They manage full AC replacements when systems fail outright along with targeted fixes like restoring cooling after breakdowns on hot afternoons. Techs such as Zach and Kyle have shown up within an hour of a call and finished projects the same day after walking through the details with the homeowner. Vivian takes charge on installs including new exhaust fans with lights in master baths, paying attention to every connection so the job runs clean. When houses hit 89 degrees inside with fans blasting, the team steps in to get air moving again rather than leaving people waiting days. These crews handle the real calls that come in when equipment quits under pressure from local conditions.

Customers give top marks every time because the repairs last, arrivals beat the quoted times, costs stay straight with no surprises, and the techs explain each step so nothing feels unclear. Reviews point to consistent results on quality and speed that keep systems working through tough seasons. DIRT Score 5.0 from 1000 reviews on Finds.

“A huge shout out to Sam from Stateline Service for his outstanding work in restoring water to our bathrooms. Sam demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and plumbing expertise throughout the job. His genuine smile was present throughout, not just for the photos. I highly recommend Stateline for their responsive, high-quality service. Now I can finally take a hot shower! (And my family said, Amen!!)”

“Customer service from start to finish was a wonderful experience! Zach and Kyle arrived within an hour of my call and earlier than originally quoted at inital intake. They were friendly and explained everything for the project I had going on. I received the quote and was able to get completed same day as they had all the parts (except one which they got quickly) on their vans. It was so nice to not have to wait to get schedule later and also great for the company actually showing up when they said they would. We are very happy to habe a working kitchen again!”

“We lost our air conditioning on Friday afternoon. I called a well known local company and they said the earliest appt we could get was Monday. It was 89° in the house. We had every fan in the house running. Outside temp was in high 90's. We roughed it out until Monday. We finally were given a late afternoon appt. That's when we decided to call STATELINE. They were out here around 11AM and had our system running and blowing cold air in about 30 minutes. Great Service and was very reasonable in the charge. We could not be more pleased and will be calling them first in the future.”

“Vivian really took ownership in getting the job done right. We were very pleased with her care and attention to details on our new Panasonic Whisper exhaust fan and light for our master bath. Highly recommended!”

“Vivian was wonderful! She was punctual, answered all of my questions, and was very personable. She was very thorough; the quote she provided was reasonable, and the trip charge was very fair. Although we decided to go with a different company to perform the work, we will definitely consider using Vivian and Stateline Services for future projects!”
