“Our experience with Oasis was great from start to finish. When we called the office we spoke to a very friendly and helpful woman. Then the sales rep Brandy came out and presented us with everything we needed to make an informed decision about which unit we would need. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Our installers Will & Dominic came out to install our new air conditioner and heater and were great. They were very polite and professional and got the job done with no mess or problems. They also were very professional and knew what they were doing. We have used Oasis in the past also and always had great people to work with and great service. Would definitely recommend.”

They are not only available by phone on weekends, but will do emergency repairs then, which I needed recently. Being on a maintenance contract with them is the best investment a homeowner can make. “Well I would like to say the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing and HVAC company and I live in Tucson. I called them and told them I don’t want a new A/C I need mine fixed. The dispatcher told me we will work on your A/C and try to fix it first after I had another company come out and the only thing they said was you need a new A/C. I couldn’t afford a new A/C. They then said portables are your only option and they left. Manny from Oasis came to my house. He was professional and understanding. He came to my house and said you have a burnt wire here let me see what I can do. He repaired the wire and the A/C has been great ever since.
