About

Captain Air Heating And Cooling runs HVAC work out of Van Zandt County, Texas. They cover homeowners and businesses across Canton, Rockwall, Lindale, and Corsicana with full heating and cooling services. The crew focuses on repairs, installs, and routine upkeep for air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits. They also handle duct cleaning and indoor air quality jobs. The outfit backs local veterans, police, and troops, which shows in how they treat every call like it matters. No shortcuts show up in their approach to keeping systems running through Texas summers and winters.

Their techs show up ready on jobs like installing a garage mini split where a whole crew rolled in and knocked out the work without delays or confusion. Jesse handles calls with straight talk on whether a full system swap is needed or if repairs will hold, often saving customers money with honest assessments. When an AC compressor quit in July heat, the team ordered the part fast and returned to finish the fix once it arrived. Juan lines up estimates while Daniel, Josh, and Pablo handle installs or tune ups, finishing quick even with pets underfoot. They cover AC tune ups, heating maintenance, replacements, and ductless repairs without dragging things out.

Homeowners keep coming back because the work holds up, the prices stay fair, and the crew answers questions without hassle. Response times stay tight even on emergency calls, and the quality shows in systems that run right after the techs leave. Communication stays clear from the first phone call through final walkthrough. That steady performance across speed, skill, cost, and updates adds up to top marks every time. What Customers Say

I contracted with Captain to install a mini-split system in my garage. They arrived with what seamed to be the army ,marines, navy and Air Force. They did not waste any time going to work. I was very impressed with their ability to do the work and their knowledge. Each technician had their assigned jobs and did them well. We saved about $1200 from other proposals and that included having the electrical work done. They left the job site cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would recommend them to handle any of your HVAC needs.

Jesse, the Captain Air, is honest, knowledgeable, and fast. He offers the lowest prices by far and more importantly does the best work. When other HVAC vendors recommended replacing my system, he said that what I had didn’t have to be replaced but said that if I did, then the new system would pay itself off in about five years. He installed a mini split for the primary bedroom. The unit included heat along with cooling which was an unexpected and windfall gain. Captain Air is our heating and cooling vendor for life. I can’t recommend him and his team enough.

Love love this company. Came out to give us air conditioning again. Amazing service. Juan came out yesterday to give us estimate. Answered all our questions before we asked them. Daniel, Josh and Pablo very professional, friendly and didn’t mind our dogs. Were done with everything in record time. From the ladies answering our calls, to the workers top notch. Highly recommend this company for all your AC needs. They have our business for years to come

AC compressor failed during July in Texas. Technician was on time/prompt and polite, although he discovered there was little he could do to immediately put it back into service. Captain Air ordered the replacement part and techs were back directly after it arrived. Again, prompt and polite. AC system is working well, again. Good work! I will use their service again and suggest them to anyone else needing it.

The technician that was assigned to my issue walked me through all of the steps that he was taking during the repairs. He had an opportunity to install a "workaround" part but explained to me that he wouldn't do that with his own system so he wasn't going to do it with mine. I appreciated that level of professional integrity, especially since it meant that he was going to have to come back out to house after the part was received. He arrived two days later to begin the repairs while another technician was on the way with the part. In short order, they had replaced the item. And THEN, they cleaned off the outside unit, spraying down all of the vents to ensure proper operation of the unit. Neither of them left until they knew I was satisfied with the repairs. All I can say is, Ask for Chris is you have a problem. WELL DONE! And I can't leave out Sandy, the dispatcher. I can only imagine how tough her job is, handling disgruntled and uncomfortable people who need their systems repaired. The two times that I called her she was always friendly as well as professional. Captain does it right!
