“I am extremely disappointed with the service from John Ragan and EveryoneLoves Air. John installed a brand new Bosch AC unit for me three years ago, which came with a 10-year warranty.Two months ago, I contacted John about a leaking coil on the inside part of the unit. He agreed to replace it, explicitly told me he placed the order for the part, and promised he would be out the following weekend to complete the repair.Since that conversation, John has completely vanished. He refuses to answer any of my phone calls or text messages. I am now stuck with a broken system that should be covered under warranty.To make matters worse, I have contacted every single AC company within a two-hour radius, and absolutely nobody else is willing to work on this Bosch unit. John Ragan took my money for a major installation, promised warranty support, and has now completely ghosted me when I need it most. Avoid this company at all costs.”

“They showed up promptly for the initial service call, which I appreciated. However, after diagnosing the issue, I was told I would receive a quote later that evening. Three days later, despite multiple attempts to contact them, I still have not received a quote or any follow-up communication. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time. If the job wasn't something they wanted to take on, I would have appreciated being told that upfront. Instead, I was left waiting, and now it's the weekend and I have to start the process over with another company. Professionalism includes communication, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here.”

“Went threw American Homesheild with this contractor they came out told me that I needed 2lbs of freon and that American Homesheild only paid for one. They did NOTHING that day, and HAS NOT been back to even put Freon in nor gave me the option to even pay for the other lb! The warranty dept has contacted them several times and they have NOT responded!! So…..It has been since JUNE 10,2021 I have been dealing with my AC problems and they seem to think that the contractor that came out last AUG that cleaned my coils did a prefect job!!! I see a job that they did NOT wash off all the acid that they cleaned with and it ate away my coils!!! Y’all be the judge!!!!He did state when out here that he doesn’t get PAID to drive out to my area anymore so he is actually loosing money coming out to my house! 🤔 hummm do you think that he is not responding for some reason!!!!!! “Bought an HVAC unit from them in 23. Called them yesterday to see if they could come out to unclog my drain pipe. They said they would and we made an appointment for today at 3:30. It is currently 6:00 and they have not shown up. They also blocked both mine and my husbands phone numbers!!! Do not use this company!!”

“Called them on the Sunday right after Thanksgiving and they were there in 20 minutes. Fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. It was the best experience I have ever had with any service provider around Cedar Creek Lake. These folks are incredible and so professional. The charges were appropriate for the repair. Very honest - no attempt to do anything that wasn't needed. You can't go wrong calling them for help whenever you need it. They are the best!”
