“Has a decent sub contractor, but I'd recommend going to someone else for your needs. Lots of issues during the entire process. Lots of miscommunication... and LOTS of issues after they cashed the final check. Where to begin... the footer they poured for new brick wall was not straight and water seeps into new room, assuming it is from the gap they left between the old brick wall and th3 new brick wall. The brick they put up has already begun to crack along mortar thats at the footer/brick. The brick has cracked around the dryer vent exhaust area. The sealed concrete floor we paid for was HORRIBLY done; the laborer used a roller that left blue fibers all over the floor and it began peeling days after they finished the job. The gray water tank and lateral lines they installed were not properly graded. They guaranteed a year warranty and when I attempted to contact Owens 2 months later, I got no reply. No call back. Nothing. They left me with more issues than I had before the job began. I cannot stress how important it is to avoid this company. AND Brenners' electric company, "A Degree Above", was just as bad. The electrician came early on to fix a burnt line that they created during demo. 3 months after the completion, the house lost power. I called Bacon and they told me whomever was here last used a subpar gauge on the power line and didn't even tighten the adapters down.... PLEASE HEED MY WARNINGS!!!!!”
