“I called this Ken's after having problems with my heat overnight. The nice lady over the phone asked me A few questions about exactly what’s happening with my heat. Before sending someone out here as I requested, she gave me a few troubleshooting methods to try and I did as instructed. Over the phone they helped me get my unit back up and running within 10 minutes. It turns out my unit was just in emergency heat mode because the lines froze and it needed A specific cycle. They helped me get my unit up and running without even sending a technician to my house. This obviously cost me zero dollars and this company made no money off this job. A lot of other companies would take advantage of the situation to come out and sell a new unit. Kens did not, and I will be a loyal customer in the future. They truly care about peoples Pocketbook Over making a sale. I say thank you to Ken’s For helping me get through this stressful situation The easiest way possible. You guys have a great group of people working for y’all. Thank you again again! Five stars for customer service!”

I had never used them before (simply because my existing units lasted over 18 years), but when I started having issues this year, I reached out to them. “Ken's just serviced our A/C unit again today... Ken's technician Joe serviced our AC unit today and did an exceptional job. He serviced the unit removed the leaves inside, cleaned the coils and added coolant at a very reasonable price. He also answered all my questions regarding maintenance...etc. Our unit is 12 years old. I highly recommend Ken's. Will be sure to have them out this fall to service the heating unit.”
