The owner took the time to personally explain what was wrong with the old system and what would be involved in a new system. I appreciated the amount of time he took explaining everything bc it make us feel confident in our choice in choosing a local business for our needs and knowing we would be in good hands. He took the time to locate a great system that fit our budget and needs and was also able to connect us with their financing department too. The install included a new thermostat and safety shutoff at the unit too. They installed everything quickly and cleaned up all old pieces too. They emailed me my manufacturer warranty information for the unit itself and I love that a one year service warranty is provided by them too. Trent and Tony were two employees we also dealt with her were very kind and helpful too. I definitely recommend them!”
