“We've used ABC for quite a few different home services in the past (plumbing, AC, Christmas lights, electrical). While many of those services have been great, we had noticed over the past year or so that with our HVAC Maintenance plan (which we paid for annually for the past ~3 years), it seemed as though the services that were supposed to be included in our semi-annual maintenance were not being completed. This was confirmed after our AC (which is only 5 years old and is a high end system) started having issues cooling our home. We called out ABC and they quoted us $6k to repair it, stating multiple computer related parts were causing the issue. At that point we decided to call for a second opinion before forking out $6,000, and the other company let us know that the AC was so dirty that it was causing the system to struggle to operate. He ran diagnostics, hosed the unit down, ran the diagnostics again and was able to show us the difference in the AC unit's workload. Cleaning the condenser is one of the included routine items in the maintenance plan. At that point we were pretty upset with ABC, called and told them we wanted to cancel our plan, which is when they let us know we would lose quite a bit of money in credits that were included in the maintenance plan we had been paying for for years, which was a surprise to us as we had never been offered to use any of those credits during any of the previous call outs for other HVAC related issues outside of our semiannual maintenance appointments. Shame on us for not referring back to our paperwork to see this was an included benefit, but after spending thousands with them separately, you would hope that you would be reminded of that. We were incredibly patient and clear about why we were cancelling and it seemed like they didn't have a worry in the world with the issues we shared with them. Save yourself some money and go with a smaller local business.”

Mark answered all my questions and did a comprehensive examination of the condition of the old system. Eliseo and Jose worked tirelessly in a very hot attic from 8:30 to 6:00 to build and install the new system with both inside and outside components. They were also attentive to protecting my home from dirt and debris through the process and cleaned the area after they were finished. This was a big investment, but the price matched my expectations of ABC's service from start to finish.”
