“County Line will have our business as long as we are homeowners! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I wanted to share our experiences over the last 5 years as genuine customer service is sometimes hard to come by in today’s world, but not with this small business! Our home is over 20 years old, and as first time homeowners, we knew we would need to budget for a new HVAC system, but as newlyweds, we didn’t have the funds right away. It was something we knew we would do eventually. In December 2022, I had my first child. Of course, our heating with a 2 week old would go out on a below freezing night. My husband woke up to a house reading a temp at 50 degrees. He called County Line in an panic and someone answered at 2am! They were out to the house within minutes to help these stressed first time parents. The years in between, we have had numerous moments where we need a the HVAC to be given a little nudge, and County Line always serviced the unit, with no pressure to replace—they heard us at the first time they visited our home, and focused on building a relationship with us rather than pressuring us into a large purchase we weren’t prepared for. Fast forward to 4 weeks ago. We brought home our second baby, and our ac finally gave out, of course on one of the warmest days of the season so far. We called County Line and they installed the new unit quickly and made sure the house stayed cool in the few days between the install. I don’t know another company with this level of service. We have felt like County Line has always been there for our young family during emergencies, and we are so thankful for them!”
