“There are no words to thank Rita and Keldon enough! We had waited a month for service/maintenance on our ac with another company that canceled the morning of. We were on a tight schedule due to personal issues so getting the text that they canceled was very stressful. I contacted Lonestar and Rita was AMAZING from start to finish! She worked me in the same day!! She kept me updated throughout the day about my technicians arrival time, answered all my several questions, and even signed me up for their maintenance plan!! Rita was just what I needed that day!! Our technician Keldon, stayed late to make sure he did a thorough job on our ac. He took his time and answered all of our questions and showed us pictures and explained what we needed done with our unit. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Rita once again went above and beyond when scheduling the work we needed done. Knowing what was going on, she took the time to check the weather and scheduled us first thing in the morning on the coolest day knowing the air would need to be turned off for a couple of hours. Keldon showed up as scheduled, completed all the work in a timely manner. Again, showing us pictures and explaining everything he completed. He is very professional and knows his job well. “I had Lonestar install a mini split in my enclosed porch. I am totally impressed with the service from this company. I met with Brandon on a Friday to discuss what I wanted. He helped me decide on the appropriate unit for my space. The following Friday the crew of Brandon, Roland and Devon arrived and installed the unit. They worked all day and completed the installation. I was surprised and pleased with the quick service I received. The crew did a great job! And Rita, in the office kept in contact.
