“Highly recommend Saunders for all things HVAC. I was in need of a new furnace and AC and Josh came out to assess my homes needs and give a quote. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and I have full confidence in his fairness to his customers. He was very transparent of the price for the units and work involved. The install went so smoothly, everything was done very clean. I will be using them for regular maint from now on. Please consider them for your needs!”

“Saunders Heating and AC is amazing. I had an issue with my boiler not turning off. I called Saunders to schedule someone to come out and look at it. I talked to the owner Josh and explained what was going on, he got me an appointment for the next morning. He came out promptly at the time he said he would and got straight to work. He noticed that a wire was shorting out and immediately fixed it. He stayed and tested the boiler to make sure it was running correctly and there were no other problems. This was, by far, the easiest, smoothest, and best experience I have ever had with any kind of service company. Josh is an awesome person, offers great rates, and wont try to rip you off like some other companies out there. I highly recommend Saunders Heating and Ac and will be using them in the future for any other problems and maintenance.”

“My heat went out in the middle of the night during a multi-day cold snap. I called Saunders Heating a bit before 5AM on a Saturday, and somebody picked up and booked me an appointment for later that morning. When the guy (Josh) came out to do the work, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me, and the cost was very reasonable. We had to deal with the gas company as well for part of my issue, and he identified that we would need them, knew the guys at the utility, and was able to keep everybody on the same page. Overall it was about as good an experience as one could hope for from losing heat in the middle of winter. I was very impressed with the customer service both on the phone and from Josh, very happy with the work, and (Probably most important) got my heat back on within a quick turnaround.
