Our facility was having issues for days and other techs weren't as attentative or helpful as him! instead of brushing us off or blaming the issue on another server/company, he sat with patience for OVER an hour resolving BOTH issues we had! “Our dental office has been working with SK Tech for many years now. They are very easy to work with and have solved ALL of our tech problems promptly and with professionalism. We just finished a huge system upgrade which included a new server and replacing over ten computers/work stations and this required them to interact and coordinate with outside dental software companies/venders. “Our Dental office has been working with SK TECH for several years now and we have always been happy with their prompt responses and thorough services. Today, I replaced 2 computers at the front desk and called up SK to remotely reinstall data from our previous computers. Brian Skotch was an incredible technician to work with. I can honestly say that my stomach was in a ball of knots worrying if everything would transfer appropriately and Brian was patient, calm and very reassuring during our call. His care-free confidence and unmistakable love for customer service is a rare find indeed. “It’s hard to put into words how I feel about Sal and everyone at SK Tech. I owned a large 3 doctor,4 hygienist practice and have always been on cutting edge of technology. When I first decided to go Charles’s and digital and wasn’t comfortable with our existing IT company. I met Sal probably close to 20 years ago when we decided to take the digital leap and also include camera systems in all rooms. At the same time we purchased our first CEREC and milling machine For those of you in the field you can imagine the stress. Well I can honestly say I could not have done it without a partner in crime “SK Tech” They were always there for me no matter how small or large a problem we ran in to. So I recently sold my practice ( not to a DSO) and I can tell you I don’t miss and don’t keep in touch with anyone from Benco, Schein, or Patterson. But I do keep in touch and miss working with Sal and his great techs. I had staff who had been with me for 15-20 years and I know the techs at SK Tech have been long time employees.
