“When it comes to reliable and honest service the folks at THC excel at it. They deliver superior customer service for a fair pricing. We have gone through 2 really bad installations with other installers and half a dozen technicians that never could get our systems to work right so have learned the hard the way and did a good amount of research. THC came highly recommended to us by another family member and I’m glad we listened. THC is not the most expensive nor is it the least but for the cost they will deliver outstanding service you can count on iwith a smile. We have never been happier with an AC company. Frank the owner is very knowledgeable as is Danny the technician. They answered all our questions and concerns. They had us up and running with a new system reliable system in time. “I know people give reviews and recommendations about work being done by the company. But this is more than just a company. When I say they truly care about people, they do. I’m a mom of two whose husband was out of town. The owners did not want us in the heat with no ac during the hottest summer days.. they did everything possible to get us cool again. Constant communication, checking if we are ok, dropping everything to come help us. Other owners don’t do that. I got emotional because the love they showed my family during a difficult time speaks volumes!. This will always be MY GO TO AC company! Finding a honest AC company is difficult. “Had a different AC company come out for our usual maintenance. We fully replaced two units 2-3 years ago. They let us know one of the compressor fan motors had stopped working. We said okay it should be under warranty. We also had a membership with them for maintenance and such. Even with warranty and membership, they wanted to charge an unreasonably high amount purely for labor costs. It didn't seem correct, so we asked around. This company asked for the part and looked it up. Quoted us a MUCH lower price. The best part is they came THE NEXT MORNING and installed it in under an hour. We would have been waiting a week or so with the other company. They went above and beyond to help and give us a fair price.”
