“Rarely do I have such a positive experience with new companies, but today I was impressed. All Cool A/C and Heating lived up to their online reviews. I was desperate to find someone to come out soon, and your team was able to accommodate me on very short notice. Payton handled the scheduling over the phone with excellent customer service skills and clear communication. It is always nice to deal with people who are cordial and warm over the phone. James arrived in the promised time window; he was a professional and helpful technician. Despite the complexity of my AC issue, he stayed to troubleshoot until it was fully resolved. I particularly valued his honesty and the fact that he did not try to upsell unnecessary services. Supporting local family businesses is a priority for me. Based on my experience today, I signed up for the annual plan, and I look forward to our scheduled appointment next week to service the unit and discuss a potential replacement.”
